Inline Booth Package Includes:

  • 8'H Back Drape
  • 3'H Side Drape
  • Exhibitor ID Sign (7" x 44")

Inline Booth Height Rules: Maximum height restriction is 8' for the first 5' from the back wall to the middle of the booth, and then the height restriction is reduced to 4' from the middle of the booth to the front of the booth.

Island Booths (20' x 20' and up):

Island booths (20'x20' or larger) must submit booth drawings to Show Management 60 days prior to the show for approval.

  • Maximum height restriction for hard walls is 16'
  • Maximum height for hanging signs is 20'

Show Management requires all booths to have floor covering. Carpet or Vinyl Flooring.

Exhibitor Service Kit

The exhibitor kit will be available in May.

The Expo Group is the official general contractor for the 2026 ICMA Annual Conference.

The booth fee covers the space only; it does not include carpet, furniture, electricity, shipping, or other services. The Expo Group will email the exhibitor's primary contact an invitation to access the exhibitor service kit. Your team will be able to order all show services and items for your booth through the online exhibitor kit, including the following:

  • Carpet for your booth (Mandatory)
  • Electrical service
  • Internet service
  • Shipping service
  • Sign hanging
  • Lead retrieval 
 

Hotel & Badge Registration

Hotel and Registration will open in May.

Maritz Global Events (Maritz) manages the badge registration system and is also the Official Housing Provider for the 2026 ICMA Annual Conference.

All exhibitors are required to register their booth staff for badges to ensure access to the Exhibit Hall. Companies receive two (2) complimentary Full Conference badges per 10' x 10'. Full Conference badges grant access to plenary and non-fee educational sessions. Additional badges are available to purchase through the registration system.

Beware of Housing Scams Improper solicitation of hotel reservations from any company other than Maritz Global Events is not approved. Reservations made by unaffiliated organizations may appear to have lower rates, however they may be illegitimate, not have the rooms to sell, have unreasonable cancellation or change penalties, or be completely non-refundable. Please be aware of and report any unauthorized solicitation to ICMA or Maritz Global Events.
